Cleaning Notes:

• The promotion does not include cleaning of split-type outdoor units. If the outdoor unit is located in a safe and accessible area (such as inside a balcony or outside a detached house), an on-site assessment will be conducted. If safe to clean, an additional charge of $200 – $300 per outdoor unit will apply. If scaffolding is required, the fee will be negotiated separately.

• If the customer’s property or building elevator lobby requires stair climbing, an additional charge of $50 per floor (10 steps or less per floor) will be applied.

• If the ceiling height exceeds 10 feet (3 meters) or above, or if the air conditioner is installed inside a frame, an additional charge of $100 per unit will be applied.

• If during the on-site cleaning process it is found that the air conditioner or bathroom heater cannot be fully cleaned, a $300 inspection fee per unit will be charged.

• Remote areas (including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and outlying islands) will incur an additional service fee starting from $100 per trip.
